The following terms and conditions apply to you as a client with access to the online payment system provided by M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the Registrar of Companies with registration number CIN - U72200WB2008PTC127927, and having its registered office at 47 RAJA S.C. MALLICK ROAD, JADAVPUR, KOLKATA-700032. All payments are subject to the following conditions.

Company's Obligations

We may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.

The description of services for online fee payment is specific to your needs when you log in with your unique password. All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the fees at any time. Please refer to the service confirmation against the fee prior to processing the payment.

Liability

• Your payment will normally reach the M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd. account within two working days.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to incorrect account numbers or personal details provided by you.
• We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment, M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd. is under no obligation to notify you. You should verify with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of using this site, any linked websites, or the materials/information contained therein, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Company shall not be responsible or pay any compensation for any downtime that may occur.

Confidentiality

The Company will maintain the confidentiality of each transaction and will not disclose commercially sensitive information, except to the extent necessary for the Services.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations or refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management and as per the Admission Policy and Rules of Admission.
• As per the agreement between the client and the company, the online payment services have no effect on the cancellation or refund policy.
• If the customer leaves M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd. before completing their course training, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
• Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. Nothing in this policy requires M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd. to refund fees (or part thereof) unless such fees have previously been paid.
• The Company shall not be responsible or pay any compensation for any downtime that may occur.

This Privacy Policy applies to all fee payments listed by M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd. We may post fee-specific privacy notices or Help Centre materials to explain the fee structure in more detail. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove this privacy statement at any time without any reason. Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract or agreement between M/s. NIMTT COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd. and any user visiting the website or providing identifying information of any kind.

Legislation
